Coturn for Ubuntu 22.04
PPA description
The PPA contains Coturn package which is not available in Ubuntu 22.04.
Ubuntu 22.04 excludes the Coturn package that might because of this bug:

Ubuntu 22.10 dev has built it with patch to fix the issue, and here's an unofficial backport.

Adding this PPA to your system
You can update your system with unsupported packages from this untrusted PPA by adding ppa:ubuntuhandbook1/coturn to your system's Software Sources. (Read about installing)
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntuhandbook1/coturn
sudo apt update
