PPA description
Attention: This is work in progress (WIP)
Backport of Debian Bullseye Greenbone Vulnerability Management 20 release for focal (Ubuntu 20.04).
To make the whole thing work:
* sudo apt install greenbone-security-assistant gvm
* sudo gvm-setup
To update the feeds run:
* sudo gvm-feed-update
WebUI is running on https://127.0.0.1:9392
The user for the WebUI is admin. Password is provided after running `sudo gvm-setup`.
Certificate for gsad is generated automatically. If you want to replace it:
Cert: /var/lib/gvm/CA/servercert.pem
Key: /var/lib/gvm/private/CA/serverkey.pem
Known issues:
* Default configuration (like 'Port Lists', 'Scan Config' etc.) are included in the GVMD_DATA feed. If they are missing run gvm-feed-update a second or third time
Adding this PPA to your system
You can update your system with unsupported packages from this untrusted PPA by adding ppa:uheilmeier/gvm to your system's Software Sources. (Read about installing)
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:uheilmeier/gvm
sudo apt update
