oVirt on Ubuntu
PPA description
This ppa contains oVirt guest agent, VDSM and the dependency packages for Ubuntu.
oVirt guest agent is a management agent running inside the virtulization guest. The agent interfaces supplies heart-beat info as well as run-time data from within the guest itself. The agent also accepts control commands to be run executed within the OS.
The VDSM service is required by a oVirt virtualization manager to manage the Linux hosts. VDSM manages and monitors the host's storage, memory and networks as well as virtual machine creation, other host administration tasks, statistics gathering, and log collection.
This PPA is to demonstrate the progress of porting oVirt sub-projects to Ubuntu. The packages are not official, but released by Zhou Zheng Sheng as a developer. The packages are experimental and may not be always available.
Adding this PPA to your system
You can update your system with unsupported packages from this untrusted PPA by adding ppa:zhshzhou/vdsm-ubuntu to your system's Software Sources. (Read about installing)
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:zhshzhou/vdsm-ubuntu
sudo apt update
