response.environ is None; instance fails to spawn

I have a simple patch for this and will submit it for review...

Interesting side note (I'll open a bug for this):
 * tox glance.tests.unit.v1.test_api:TestImageSerializer shows all the unit tests passing
 * nosetests glance.tests.unit.v1.test_api:TestImageSerializer reveals the issue I have noted in this bug, with test failure and tracebacks

    Fix to not use deprecated response.environ any more.

    WebOb 1.2 doesn't auto-set the response environment. There was only one place
    in Glance that was using this, so it was changed in favor of the stable API
    that has always been there: response.request.environ.

    This change fixes bug #1010560.

Please find the attached test log from the Ubuntu Server Team's CI infrastructure. As part of the verification process for this bug, Glance has been deployed and configured across multiple nodes using precise-proposed as an installation source. After successful bring-up and configuration of the cluster, a number of exercises and smoke tests have be invoked to ensure the updated package did not introduce any regressions. A number of test iterations were carried out to catch any possible transient errors.
