obsolete config files of byobu left after the lucid 2 precise upgrade

Committed revision 1979.

I can still find the file: /etc/byobu/statusrc after the upgrade from lucid to precise

This bug was fixed in the package byobu - 5.22-0ubuntu1

    - use alt-up/down to move between sessions
    - source the disable bindings just before sourcing the byobu bindings,
      this enables a clean undo of bindings
