Bug Description

[IMPACT]
As it was in main before, the translations were stripped and the package was never rebuilt after the move to universe so they're still missing.

[TESTCASE]
Note that skanlite is english on a non-english system.
Install the proposed package.
Note that it's now translated.

[Regression Potential]
As this is just a rebuild there should be none.
