pcb2gcode throws exception and fails on launch

Bug Description

Running the current ubuntu quantal version of pcb2gcode (1.1.4-git20110915-1build1), it crashes at launch while parsing program options:

$ pcb2gcode
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'boost::exception_detail::clone_impl<boost::exception_detail::error_info_injector<boost::program_options::multiple_occurrences> >'
  what(): multiple occurrences
Aborted

Building from upstream git HEAD works, fix appears to be in commit dc31652d774267a52fa44995c3a9abfb0a0103aa. The comment suggests it's a gcc 4.7 thing.

I'd like to also confirm that this bug is fixed by the latest commit (dc31652d774267a52fa44995c3a9abfb0a0103aa) from the upstream repository (git://pcb2gcode.git.sourceforge.net/gitroot/pcb2gcode/pcb2gcode).

I did:
git clone git://pcb2gcode.git.sourceforge.net/gitroot/pcb2gcode/pcb2gcode
apt-get source pcb2gcode
cd pcb2gcode-1.1.4-git20110915/
uupdate ../pcb2gcode -v 1.1.4-git20120902
cd ../pcb2gcode-1.1.4-git20120902
dpkg-buildpackage -us -uc -nc
dpkg -i ../pcb2gcode-1.1.4-git20120902-0ubuntu1_amd64.deb

I've got the same problem.

@ pix: could you expect your installation a bit more detailed.
I have some troubles performing the installation on Ubuntu 12.12.

The version mentioned by janitor is the same as in the bug report, and the exception is still thrown. What gives?
