Bug Description

ureadahead uses the kernel tracing data from the CONFIG_BLK_DEV_IO_TRACE option, please enable it in our nexus7 kernel builds so we can actually make use of ureadahead on that device.

In order to fully support ureadahead, a SAUCE patch with trace points is also required.
