While trying to install Koha 3.8.6 dependants I encountered the errors above

The contents of /usr/bin/xml2-config differs, when it shouldn't the way it doesn't in quantal & raring.

I have the same Problem if I want to install both, 64bit and32bit version of libxml2-dev on Precice.
Is a backport of the fix planned?

The Precise Pangolin has reached end of life, so this bug will not be fixed for that release
