Bug Description

perf: Add support for dedicated L2 cache performance counters

KB provides new bank of MSRs (MSRC001_024[6,4,2,0]) for L2 events. Those need to be used for certain event types (similar to OR NB counters). Add support for L2 performance counters to Linux perf subsystem.

Kim - c43ca5091a374c1f6778bd7e4a39a5a10735a917 depends on e259514eef764a5286873618e34c560ecb6cff13 (perf/x86/amd: Enable northbridge performance counters on AMD family 15h) which is a large and complex patch, i.e., not really appropriate for Raring stable. I'm going to mark this "Won't Fix" for Raring unless you have a serious objection.
