Bug Description

libgnumail-java now build-depends on bnd to generate the osgi information. Either bnd and dependencies need to be promoted, or the change be reverted. However it's not that clear that libgnumail-java will be the last package using bnd.

an incomplete list of bnd deps:

bindex, osgi-compendium, osgi-core, felix-osgi-obr, osgi-foundation-ee, geronimo-jpa-2.0-spec, geronimo-osgi-support, aspectj

---------------
libgnumail-java (1.1.2-8ubuntu1) raring; urgency=low

  * Revert, because we don't want to have it in main. LP: #1126567.
    - Use bnd to generate OSGi metadata.
