Please upgrade the foo2qpdl package

I'm preparing an update for Debian experimental and will upload it later today. Then that'll be a sync away.

I've now uploaded foo2zjs_20130220dfsg0-2 with all Ubuntu changes merged, permitting a simple sync towards Ubuntu. have fun!
