Smart launcher not added to Menu

Bug Description

When you install Smart from the repo it does not properly add itself to any Menu in Gnome.

The suggested behavior is that it add itself to the menu.

I installed the package, and there is no .desktop file installed.

I created a .desktop file that seemed to work fine on my computer. It turned out to properly fix this issue, I needed to make the package install the icon file to the /usr/share/pixmaps directory, the default for program icons used by .desktop files. I was looking for help on #ubuntu-motu, but never managed to figure it out fully. I am un-assigning myself from this bug in hopes it can be closed by someone else.

I propose two changes to the desktop file:
- fix category, so it shows up in the menu
- add gksu to the exec part, so it actually works
