but add support for nvidia-310-* and nvidia-313-* in Raring.

Confirming. I am unable to install nvidia-cuda-toolkit with nvidia-313-updates installed.

I believe the patch attached to comment #5 works around the problem, however before uploading we should consider whether a better solution is for the various graphics driver packages to provide libcuda1, as per:
