ureadahead does not work in current linux-maguro/linux-mako/linux-manta

Bug Description

running ureadahead on maguro devices complains about a missing file ...
researching this with strace it seems to be that in fact the /sys/kernel/debug/tracing/events/fs subdir and all the related nodes in there are missing.

this seems like a simple missing config option.
