Bug Description

There is missing information in /usr/share/accounts/providers/fitbit.provider, and the package itself is out of date, as the account-plugin apis have changed. An updated version is available on bzr at lp:~cwayne18/+junk/account-plugin-fitbit-simple

[Impact]

 * Currently in 13.04 the account-plugin installs correctly, but can not be used in any application. The only application this bug affects is ubuntu-accomplishments-fitbit, which is not in universe

[Test Case]

 * Following the tutorial here: http://developer.ubuntu.com/resources/technologies/online-accounts/for-application-developers/ auth_data returns None, because it is missing the information in /usr/share/accounts/providers/fitbit.provider

[Regression Potential]

 * There is no real regression potential, as this package is only used by 1 application which is not in universe.

Thanks for uploading the fix for this bug report to -proposed. However, when reviewing the package in -proposed and the details of this bug report I noticed that the bug description is missing information required for the SRU process. You can find full details at http://wiki.ubuntu.com/StableReleaseUpdates#Procedure but essentially this bug is missing some of the following: a statement of impact, a test case and details regarding the regression potential. Accepted account-plugin-fitbit into raring-proposed. The package will build now and be available at http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/account-plugin-fitbit/2.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users.
