Bug Description

When using dual screens, the first login will set the two screens to "the same as" or one on top of the other and use the same backdrop for both. Because xfce draws them in order the old backdrop will be the one that ends up showing on both screens.

Both screen 0 and screen 1 should be set to the same backdrop.
