Looks like disable CONFIG_IOMMU_SUPPORT can fix this issue

The issue has been fixed by disabling CONFIG_IOMMU_SUPPORT of kernel build options. The hdparm utility that appears to require CONFIG_SHMOBILE_IOMMU will be discussed in the thread of 'M.2 FW update issue (LP1338780).'
