Branch-in-bug-report status pages have "no title" and snoozing tabs

Bug Description
On the page for a branch's status in a bug report, such as <https:/
Either:
(1) the structural heading should be the person, the active tab should be "Code", and the main heading should be preceded by a link back to the branch;
(2) the structural heading should be the project/
Since you're most likely to arrive at this page from the bug page, I think #2 is the better option.
