Bug Description
I wonder if ext3cow will be in the next release of Ubuntu for select in the partition step in installer.
This (or other versioning file systems) will do user's life easer: no lost data, possibility of seeing history, etc.
Not by default fs, but yes as option were a good choice.

Not unless it's available in the Ubuntu kernel, which I imagine probably depends on it being merged upstream.
