Update libservicelog for LE support

Adam - can you give me a timeframe for when we should expect to see the balance of the RAS pVM updates in a daily build?

This bug was fixed in the package libservicelog - 1.1.15-0ubuntu1

Verified on latest Ubuntu build and required package is available. We can close this bug.

Talked to Breno and he suggested to keep this bug open until its included in 14.04 SP2. Hence REOPENING this bug.

There's no need to update libservicelog in trusty, as the trusty and utopic versions are literally identical at the code level, only the build system has changed, which is what prompted the new upstream version.

Accepted libservicelog into trusty-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libservicelog/1.1.15-0ubuntu2~14.04 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
