Leap2A issues

from Gregor:

1. Export portfolio data (regular export, leap2a format, entire portfolio)
2. Import data back from xml file generated in step 1

Didn't work. Mahara complained with the following error message:

BTW: Mahara 1.9 (or latest 1.10dev), XAMPP on Windows.
