call notifications show "unknown" briefly before showing contact name

I marked the link to "unity-notifications" as invalid, since it's only within the scope of the notification-triggering application to pass the correct icon to the notification-backend.

This bug was fixed in the package telephony-service - 0.1+15.04.20141121.1-0ubuntu1
