Bug Description

[ Impact ]

1. Open at least two maximized windows
2. Select one of the windows (last opened seems better)
3. Hit Super + W
4. Start writing to select the other(s) window opened
5. Select it, hitting enter.

The title will be wrong (the one of the previous title) while the window buttons will be in the wrong position (see attached sreenshot, in LIM mode, or empty panel otherwise).

[ Test Case ]

See above.

[ Regression Potential ]

Any change to the Unity desktop shell could potentially introducer a new crash or lockup.

[ Additional Info ]

The Unity SRU fix for Ubuntu 14.04 LTS was cherry-picked from upstream Unity where it has been included in the Ubuntu "Vivid Vervet" dev release for some time without apparent regression.

This bug returned in 16.04.1 LTS. I don't know at which point it returned but it is in this release.

If the user have LIM then switching using arrow keys and enter between at least two maxmimized windows will give wrong title. Also if you type in the spread and select the window with mouse it will also result in wrong title.

On top of that while the wrong title is displayed the window controls and actions will work for the window which title is displayed.

1. Open two maximizied windows. For example Opera and Spotify.
2. Hit Super + W
3. Select window using arrow keys and enter

Expected result: window title is correct and the controls work for the selected window.

What actually happens: the title displayed is from the previous window and if I for example double click panel that previous window is unmaximizied.
