Bug Description

Hexchat 2.10.1-1 is currently FTBFS on all arches. This is due to the debian maintainer not updating ubuntu's irc defaults patch (only applied in ubuntu). The attached debdiff fixes this

I'll upload the patch for Ubuntu now - we can always sync the package from Debian again once it lands there.
