Bug Description

The story so far:
1. https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/oxide-qt/1.3.5-0ubuntu4 fixed Click chroot cross compilation
2. This caused autopkgtests failures for qtcreator-plugin-ubuntu and unity-scope-click, preventing a lot of landings from migrating to -release pocket
3. https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/oxide-qt/1.3.5-0ubuntu6 resolved the autopkgtest failures (bug #1399597) without regressing on the cross compilation support
4. This causes oxideqt-codecs-extra to be pulled on the desktop seed, which is not wanted

Fixing this bug would mean using the normal codecs package on the desktop while not regressing on the application compilation support nor the autopkgtests.

One thing not tried yet is to change also Replaces: lines to be arch specific. It's just a guess, though, as the situation autopkgtests get into seem complex for apt.

That suggested idea now in landing silo vivid-017. Feedback + instructions on how to run qtcreator-plugin-ubuntu autopkgtests locally (to test whether this https://jenkins.qa.ubuntu.com/job/vivid-adt-qtcreator-plugin-ubuntu/ARCH=i386,label=adt/67/console happens with the PPA enabled or if it's now fixed for good) are welcome.

The suggested fix of adding also arch specific replaces did not resolve everything without bringing back bug #1399597. That bug was now resolved with ubuntu-touch-meta package update moving the codec dependency from sdk-libs to touch.
