Bug Description

Errors Bucket
-------------
https://errors.ubuntu.com/bucket/?id=/usr/bin/aptdcon%3AKeyError%3A_on_progress_details

aptdcon shows traces when ever any kind of an estimation of completion is required. The actions get completed even with the traces.

I have a few third party sources, but even with third party sources disabled, the problem persists. Also, I haven't been able to reproduce the problem on other computers. It wouldn't be a big deal to reinstall the computer, but figuring out the root cause would be preferrable.
