Bug Description

This is in gutsy gibbon (7.10) beta for Kubuntu.

The web editors quanta and bluefish end up in the menu
   K->Web Development
whereas the web editor kompozer ends up in the menu
   K->Internet

They should all be in the same submenu.

Also, kompozer and bluefish lack a description like quanta has.

Can you point me to a discussion about the reasons or motivation for removing Quanta from the distro? Quanta appears to be under active development

The placement of this package should not rely on the status of the package Quanta. Bluefish, Quanta, Cssed and Im sure many others of a similar function are put in the programming category. As a user this caused my some consternation as I could not find the program I just thought I had installed in the menu-I launched it from the terminal. I just thought to look at it in under the internet submenu-which is why im hoping this matter receives some attention.

The bluefish .desktop file mentions the categories Development and WebDevelopment accordingly to the fd.o standard and its functionality. This will unlikely be changed. You might rethink the default menu design and change it accordingly or you should discuss this on the fd.o mailing list. This is not a bluefish bug. And I would prefer if people reopen reports only if they provide a comment about the reason. Closing as invalid.
