Bug Description

A new release of ubuntu-mate-welcome is ready for upload. Attached is a debdiff and tarball because new binary files have been added. This update is required for Ubuntu MATE 16.04 Alpha 2 due for release on January 28th 2016. Here is what's changed:

  [ Luke Horwell ]
  * New Ambience theme for the navigation bar.
  * Improved code re-use for footers (uses JavaScript)
  * Detect the graphics card (including VirtualBox)
including information about the NVIDIA drivers PPA.
  * Detect BIOS or UEFI and provide relevant guidance.
  * Expandable/collapsible sub-sections.
  * Hints appear after opening utilities.
  * Rename 'index' ID for consistency in code naming.
  * Fade in software categories and corrected minor visual quirks.
  * Updated Firefox, LibreOffice and Control Centre icons.
  * Removed links on software icons. Users were getting confused why
  this opened a web page.
  * Only use one FontAwesome font supported by WebKit.
  * Added new page for live sessions and guest sessions.
  * Hides privileged features when launched in guest sessions.

  [ Martin Wimpress ]
  * Added miscellaneous tasks to update cache, upgrade installed
packages, fix an incomplete install and fix broken dependencies.
  * Added Firmware and Codecs one-click installers to Getting Started.
  * Added 0 A.D, Ambient Noise, Aptik, Audio Recorder, Bazaar Explorer,
BtSync, Boot Repair, Caja Share, Chromium BSU, Dia, DVD Styler,
EasyTAG, Emby, Enpass, Evolution, Extreme Tux Racer, FlightGear,
FocusWriter, Frozen Bubble, GCompris, Git-Cola, Glade, Gobby,
GParted, Hedgewars, HPLIP-GUI, KDE Connect Indicator, LibreOffice Base,
