Naples/Zen, NTB Driver

There will be 2 patch series for NTB.
The first one was only verified by emulator. It has by accepted by upstream. patch link: https://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/?id=a1b3695820aa490e58915d720a1438069813008b

The second one will be released in kernel 4.7/4.8 with more features and bug fix.

This bug was fixed in the package linux - 4.4.0-6.21
