Bug Description

In Adwaita, the install button shows a loading bar along the bottom of it. This doesn't show in Ambience / Radiance.

The progress bar on the button appears to being done by background image.

@ Robert - is there a way I can simulate an install so I can hold the icon in the "installing" state while I tinker with the CSS in the inspector?

Not that I can think of. Probably the easiest way is to install/remove something huge? e.g. libreoffice, a game with large data files.
