Bug Description

As noted in bug 1543697 , in order for 'lxc-attach -n container -- sudo ... lxc-start' to work, libpam-cgfs needs to be run at common-session-noninteractive.

  * Merge upstream release candidate, including fixes for missing lxcfs
    proc files in some containers.
  * pam config: run in noninteractive sessions as well (LP: #1554269)
