[Bottom launcher] Workspace icon switcher changes workspace when it shouldn't

Bug Description

When using the workspace switcher icon with launcher on the bottom the workspace is switched but it shouldn't.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click workspace icon switcher
2. Workspaces get displayed
3. Click the wprkspace icon switcher again

Expected result is that the user returns to the current workspace. That's what happens with default Unity setup of Unity launcher on the left. But with launcher on the bottom the workspace is switched.

It's always switched to workspace 1x2 no matter what workspace the user had been using.

Hello Mateusz, or anyone else affected,

Accepted compiz into xenial-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/compiz/1:0.9.12.2+16.04.20160526-0ubuntu1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users.

Subsequently, the Ubuntu Stable Release Updates Team is being unsubscribed and will not receive messages about this bug report.
