Bug Description

Switch the linux-restricted-modules payload to an autogenerated core based on the contents of the debian/dkms-versions.

Verified in Groovy, by comparing the list of packages produced by the lrm package for groovy/linux and also comparing the file installed by one of the nvidia packages (linux-modules-nvidia-450-generic_*).
