Thunar can't show the chinese filename in the usbdisk with a ntfs partition

Bug Description

For ntfs partition in usbdisk, the file with chinese name can't be found in thunar window.
The file with english name is ok.

I downgrade the thunar-volman to version 0.1.2, and install gnome-mount package.
And everything is ok.

So need to patch again.

Btw, ubuntu uses ntfs-3g to mount the ntfs partition.

I tried to fix this issue, but I'm not sure it works since I don't have any ntfs drive. Could you test with exo 0.3.4-3ubuntu3~ppa1 available in my ppa (https://launchpad.net/~mrpouit/+archive)?
Thanks.

It dosn't work.

I remember that you need to pass the locale="xxx" option to ntfs-3g mount command.

So you need to detect the current user locale first.
In my case, it is zh_CN.utf8.

It seems to work fine for me, so hopefully it'll fix the issue.
Thanks.
