Ebview's package doesn't contain any desktop entry files.
So No Icons of ebview are shown in GNOME(or KDE)'s menu.

By use of fueryuejing's desktop file, I created .diff.gz. However there are several changes.

* Delete Encoding entry
* Add MimeType entry
