DistroRelease language page should show *all* templates

Bug Description

Currently pages that claim to list "all of the registered translation templates in Ubuntu 5.10" don't; sometimes they omit a template that currently has zero translations. And if a template's not listed, it's rather difficult for it to stop having zero translations. The page should really list all templates.

You are right, but that page is really huge, we need to think on a better way to represent that info because we get many timeouts there while we generate it.

Matthew, any input from your side, please? Steve asked me to handle this with you to see the use cases for that page and fix it.

I see little problem IMHO :-)
Let's have a simple table, updated daily: package, locale, count_of_msgids, count_of_msgstrs + anything you need to keep this from falling apart

Voila! Links go to the same page as usual

I'm guessing you mean this page:

https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/breezy/+lang/af

 1) it seems to time out
 2) it should be made clear how the page is sorted
 3) it should probably be batched
 4) it should probably have a search box
 5) it should probably be possible to sort the page in different ways (name, time since last translation, etc.)

 6) it doesn't work with our new layout
 7) there's no explanation about what the 'source' column means
 8) duplication without explanation -- e.g. the 8 'wesnoth' templates look identical -- there should probably be one entry that takes you a page where you can see them all

Steve and I have created this spec to try and plan how to address this:

This is very bad for translating into Lojban because almost every package is at 0 translations atm.

...and this page doesn't seem update...

The following Lojban translations are missing from there...

Dapper page got updated, and this bug seems to affect it as well. Ubuntu Lojban Translators can now work only on _one_ package!

Just pressing on "save translations"-button, without actually translating anything seems to make the packages visible again.
