german man page misses information about underlaying file descriptor close

Binary package hint: manpages-de-dev
In section BESCHREIBUNG, first paragraph, the German translation is missing an information about what happens to the underlaying file descriptor. According to the original English man page this file descriptor is closed.
Following sentence should be added to fix this:
Der zugeordnete Datei-Deskriptor wird geschlossen.
The attached patch file fixes also a missing comma (first paragraph, second sentence).
