Is there any additional information on this issue available? Can this be reliably reproduced in some way?

No new useful information has been added to this report in a long time. My original question is still outstanding: Additional information and/or a means to reproduce the bug reliably would be useful. Setting the status to "incomplete" pending additionally useful information (whether or not this happens in current systems would be useful, as well, as this report is from early 2008).

Changed in alltray (Ubuntu):
status: New → Incomplete

I reproduced the error like this:

Started evolution, started alltray, docked evolution, opened evolution from tray, closed evolution. That was the point when alltray crashed.

Hope this helps.
