mozgest should replace mozilla-mozgest

Bug Description
There are two packages, mozilla-mozgest and mozgest with the same goal. mozilla-mozgest has the older version (1.5.2) and mozgest the newer (1.9+svn). Why does not mozgest replace mozilla-mozgest?
