Please merge anjuta 2:2.24.0.1-2 from Debian unstable (main) (was: Anjuta should suggest intltool)

As this has been fixed in Debian, I propose to merge their version with ours. Attaching the debian-ubuntu debdiff. The new Debian version includes unrelated changes, but these are all packaging changes and the package still b/i/r just fine, as far as I can see.
