Wrong lircd.conf used when configuring Avermedia remote

When configuring lirc after install for AverMedia TV card (TVCapture98, TVPhone98) (card 13/41) driver "devinput" is configured to be used, as expected, but old lircd.conf.avermedia98 for gpio driver is included in lircd.conf, instead of generic conf file for devinput driver (which doesn't seem to be distributed inside the packed). Generic conf file can be found at http://linux.bytesex.org/v4l2/faq.html#lircd. Irw doesn't report any key presses with installer conf, but if generic conf file for devinput remotes is downloaded and included into lircd.conf then it works.
