how to unsubscribe a team is not obvious

Bug Description
the left pane has no option to unsubscribe, you have to click on the subscribe option to get those choices, which is really not obvious

on top of this, you have to actually hit "subscribe yourself" to unsubscribe a team - I would have expected this, in launchpad-logic, to be in the "subscribe someone else" section.
