Release notes need to be updated for Intrepid

Bug Description

Binary package hint: update-manager

It's currently possible (with the usual caveats) to upgrade from 8.04 to Intrepid, but the release notes displayed seem to be a copy of the 8.04 ones. These should be replaced with a warning explaining the risks of upgrading at this early stage.

Perhaps this should be part of one of the release cycle checklists?
