pam_ecryptfs needs to be added to the common-password stack by auth-client-config

Bug Description

Binary package hint: ecryptfs-utils

When a user changes their system password, we need to automatically re-wrap their ecryptfs mount passphrase.

This is already handled by the pam_ecryptfs module.

Thus, we simply need to have auth-client-config add pam_ecryptfs to the PAM stack in common-password.

Updated patch. As Jamie suggested, all of the ecryptfs PAM should be optional.
