gnome-session-properties alerts "the startup command cannot be empty" whenever I try adding an autostart program

Confirming on Up-to-date Intrepid with

gnome-session:

Done. Sorry, I didn't have time to do this earlier and had simply forgotten to do so.

This is fixed in svn according to Upstream-comment.

A temporary workaround is to go manually to ~/.config/autostart/ , copy any of the .desktop file to a new file, and edit it, to fit your needs. Example, to launch pidgin (put this content into ~/.config/autostart/pidgin.desktop) :

Name=Pidgin
Name[fr_FR]=Pidgin

Yeah, confirmed here as well.

I also confirm on a fully updated Intrepid Alpha 5.

This bug will be fixed once gnome-session version 2.23.92 is released in Intrepid, so there is no need for everyone to say its an issue, too. ;-) Just be patient, thanks.
