Installing xenner makes system boot the Xen hypervisor

Bug Description

The Xen hypervisor is in xenner's dependency chain, so when I install Xenner, update-grub automagically makes my system boot the hypervisor.

This needs fixing somehow.

Suggestion: Make xen-utils-3.3 depend on "xen-hypervisor-3.3 | xenner".
