Bug Description
I unfortunately got myself with .ape files (a competitor of flac).
I modified the script in version 0.11.6 to add ape conversion through the mac and mplayer binaries.
This modification doesn't bring tags as ape support does not seem to be provided by mutagen.
I attach the diff including whitespaces stripped.

* Make output more readable:
- Progress message stating the current file and the decoder.
- New command-line option -Q,--quiet to not display progress from oggenc.
- Do not show progress from decoder at at all, as it may conflict with
the output of oggenc.
