[DarkRoom] Add solid color to the top of tabs

Bug Description

I think adding a top solid color stripe on notebook tabs make them more easy to see, for example, on Firefox.

I've attach a patch and two examples, Firefox with current DarkRoom, and Firefox with DarkRoom and top-colored tabs.

We are currently trying to avoid using two engines in one theme. Unfortunately the colored line on the top of tabs has been removed from the theme engine itself but we did increase the contrast between active and inactive tabs in order to counter this effect.

I know mixing engines is not the best way to go, but in my opinion,
right now the tabs are not easily distinguishable, so that's why I think
the clearlook's colored-top-tab is a must in DarkRoom.

My dad thinks the same ;)
