Yelp fails to show a local HTML file

My yelp does this as well, when I search for things like printf, atexit, etc. The files are clearly there, and I gave them ALL of the permissions, and yet they still won't load for some reason.

Yesterday, I emailed one of the yelp maintainers about it.
Choose whichever to duplicate :)

Bug is in yelp 2.24
As I readed, somewhere, bug is fixed in yelp 2.26 but it still not available
to update manager.
I downloaded it from GNOME but it don't wont to compile ( no make )
